Terms and Conditions of Membership

These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the programs and services provided by Divine Grace Empire (DGE).
By registering and participating on the platform, members agree to abide by the rules, policies, and conditions stated herein.

Membership Registration

• A non-refundable registration fee of ₦3,500 is required to activate membership on the DGE platform while the Sub Account fee is ₦3,000 (Secondary accounts).
• Upon successful registration, members are required to make their first contribution within forty-eight (48) hours.
• Failure to make the first contribution within the stipulated period will result in automatic account deactivation.
• Members are responsible for ensuring that all personal information provided during registration is accurate and valid.

Thrift Operations

• For the 12 weeks package: ₦6,250 weekly, total contribution of ₦75,000 with payout of ₦150,000 with food incentives.
• 1-19 accounts pay weekly; bulk accounts (20 to 50) for 12-week package must complete payment within 2 months.
• Must have 1 active referral for each account within 1 month and 1 week of registration to be eligible for ₦150,000 payout.
• For the 30 weeks package: ₦2,000 weekly for 30 weeks, total contribution of ₦60,000 with payout of ₦120,000 with food incentives.
• 1-19 accounts pay weekly every Saturday before 11:59 PM; 20-100 accounts must complete payment within 3 months for 30-week package.
• Must have 1 active referral for each account within 2 months of registration to be eligible for ₦120,000 payout.
• For the 52 weeks package: ₦2,000 weekly for 52 weeks, total contribution of ₦104,000 with payout of ₦200,000 with food incentives.
• 1-19 accounts pay weekly; 20-100 accounts must complete payment within 5 months.
• Must have 1 active referral for each account within 5 months of registration to be eligible for ₦200,000 payout.

Weekly Contributions

• Members are required to make weekly contributions into their assigned virtual account on or before 11:59 PM every Friday.
• Upon successful registration, members are required to make their first contribution within forty-eight (48) hours.
• Payments made after the deadline will be considered late payments and will attract a penalty equivalent to 100% of the weekly contribution.
• Any member who contributes less than the required weekly contribution amount will have their account automatically suspended until the deficiency is corrected.
• Our default charge is non-negotiable. A penalty of 100% of the weekly sum will be applied in case of default.
• A ₦2,000 administrative fee is required to lift any suspension resulting from incomplete contributions.
• Members who upload payment manually should note that transaction confirmation may take between 24 and 48 hours.

Account Integrity and Compliance

• Members must ensure all payments and documentation submitted are genuine and verifiable.
• Uploading false payment proofs or fraudulent documents will result in immediate account termination without refund.
• Any payment made in the name of the organization that cannot be automatically verified may require additional verification.

Account Suspension

• Accounts with more than four (4) weeks of missed contributions may be suspended by the management.
• Suspended accounts may lose network benefits including downlines, which may affect empowerment eligibility.
• Accounts with more than four weeks of unresolved defaults may remain suspended until all obligations are cleared.

Withdrawal and Processing

• Members requesting empowerment withdrawals must first pay a ₦2,000 clearance fee.
• All members must purchase a company T-shirt of ₦5,000 to be eligible for incentives with a pickup code assigned.
• Withdrawal requests will be processed within four (4) business days from the date of request.
• DGE reserves the right to delay withdrawals where further verification is required.

Account Termination and Transfer

• Members may voluntarily terminate their account upon payment of a ₦5,000 termination processing fee.
• Ownership transfer of an account requires payment of ₦5,000 before account details can be updated.
• Once an account is transferred, the new account holder will not inherit the previous owner's downline or referral network.

Bulk Accounts

• Bulk account packages range from twenty (20) to fifty (50) accounts for the 12-week package; 30-week and 52-week packages range from 20 to 100 accounts.
• Individuals or organizations interested in bulk accounts must visit the DGE office or reach out via our socials or phone to negotiate a payment plan.
• Bulk account holders must follow the payment plan agreed upon with DGE management.

Death of Account Holder

• Members must provide a trusted next of kin during registration.
• In the unfortunate event of a member's death, the next of kin may claim a refund of the deceased member's contributions, subject to verification.
• A deceased member will not qualify for the 50% benefit if death occurs before completing thirty (30) weeks of contributions.

Limitations of Liability

• DGE shall not be liable for losses arising from: incorrect banking details provided by members, errors during registration, or payment delays caused by banks or payment processors.
• Participation in the program is voluntary, and members agree to comply fully with the organization's policies.

Policy Amendments

• DGE reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
• Members will be notified of any significant policy updates through official communication channels.
